Fox has renewed animated series Bob’s Burgers for a second season, sources say.The midseason comedy by 20th Century Fox has been a bit on the bubble for a renewal given that its numbers haven’t quite been as strong as Fox’s other Sunday night mainstays like Family Guy and The Simpsons.But given that the other Sunday “Animation Domination” shows are already renewed — and Fox has a few other ‘toon projects in the works like its Napoleon Dynamite animated series — renewing Burgers potentially means that Fox will expand its animated block beyond Sunday nights next season.
