Paul McCartney had the stomach flu and seemed uneasy during the interview, John wants to make sure he’s alright.
I love that John ignores the interviewer to ask if Paulie’s okay.. and then continues to ignore the guy to stare at Paul

Q. After John’s death, Yoko said that people mistook your real feelings because you couldn’t express them very easily.
A. That’s one of the things I often don’t like about the way I come off. Like when John died, a reporter stuck a mike in my face and said, “What do you think?” And I said, “It’s a drag.” Which of course seemed a really flippant thing to say. But later that night, I was weepin’ and
a-wailin’ and it all came out. I wasn’t at all the little composed figure who had said, “It’s a drag.” But I’ve given up excusing myself, saying, “I’m awfully sorry, I’m not very good at this.” Sod it. It’s me. I’m not going to thrash myself with a soggy noodle because of who I am. You’ve got to think positive.

The period of time when John and Yoko were living in Paul’s house must have been SO AWKWARD because;
1. Paul probably thought he’d take John from Yoko.2. Yoko probably thought she’d take John from Paul.
3. John probably expected threesomes every night.
