…because high school students on TV shows act more like they’re in college anyway (and most TV show high schools seem to be portrayed as college campuses) and I think that if more shows were set in college and spent more time glorifying the college experience the way they glorify the high school experience, more people would aspire to reach a higher level of education.

 You aren’t on a goddamn reality show. Put the phone to your ear like everybody else.

Sub-peeves:

• When I realize this when I’m halfway to work and it’s too late to turn back.
• Because my first instinct once I realize I’ve forgotten it is to call or text someone to let them know…and I can’t.
• And then I feel naked all day. And I don’t like feeling naked at work.
