MEDIAITE: Chris Brown wants to plug his new album on your network morning show, not "talk about stuff that happened TWO YEARS AGO," and to drive home his point, he will smash your studio windows, because talking about his album is more important than talking about violence against women. ›

Douchebag.

[…] It’s also a film in which violence and sex are mixed quite thoroughly, and I found it, um, interesting that actresses Jessica Alba and Kate Hudson were perfectly willing to be beaten to a pulp on screen, but balked at baring their breasts in otherwise torrid sex scenes. Not that there’s any shortage of bare breasts in movies these days. But what does it say about sex and violence that one is prudish about the former yet perfectly willing to depict the worst degeneracy of the latter? I don’t have a problem with sex in films, either, as a general rule. But I do have a problem when it seems that some people only want to see teats on a cow, not a woman, but it’s perfectly okay to butcher either one.
